# Opto Diode Corporation

> Opto Diode, a division of ITW (Illinois Tool Works), is a US manufacturer of photodiodes, IR detectors, and infrared LEDs, with on-site wafer fabrication in Camarillo, California. Product families span the extreme ultraviolet through the mid-infrared: AXUV soft X-ray/EUV photodiodes (0.0124–190 nm), SXUV EUV photodiodes (1–190 nm), UVG UV photodiodes (190–400 nm), InGaAs avalanche photodiodes (900–1700 nm), PbS A-Series IR detectors (1–3 µm), PbSe B-Series IR detectors (1–5 µm), visible/near-infrared LEDs (469–880 nm), and broadband blackbody IR emitters. ISO 9001:2015 Registered and ITAR Registered; MIL-PRF-19500 screening from JANTX through JANS. Standard and custom components, optoelectronic assemblies, and photonic modules.
