Steady-State SA Series The SA series of infrared emitters is designed to be used as steady-state emitters of blackbody radiation. The coiled-filament SA emitters are available in TO5 and TO8 cans with sapphire or calcium fluoride windows and typical emissivity of 0.70.

The solution is offered in a 3-item kit that includes the driver PCB assembly, the emitter, and the heat sink. The kit is also available in an easy-to-use evaluation board (EVB).

The PIREPLUS evaluation board includes a driver PCB assembly, the emitter, and the heat sink.
