Designed for fast response and exceptional sensitivity, these hermetically sealed APDs are ideal for demanding applications including LiDAR, laser rangefinding, spectroscopy, optical communication, and scientific instrumentation. Models are available in both InGaAs and Silicon variants to support visible, NIR, and SWIR detection requirements.
