  • Custom Testing and Qualification Requirements: We offer tailored testing solutions for photodiodes and LEDs, including burn-in capacity, lifetime exposure testing, and electrical performance metrics such as:
    • Responsivity (250nm to 1100 nm). 13.5nm calibration available upon request.
    • Shunt resistance and dark current
    • Reverse breakdown voltage and response times
    • Power output, radiant intensity, spectral band width, and rise/fall times for LEDs.
  • Inspection System: Our inspection equipment measures mechanical attri-butes with a precision of 0.001” (25 μm).
  • Custom Screening: We perform MIL-Standard testing or adhere to detailed customer specifications, ensuring devices meet stringent requirements for performance and reliability.

  • MIL-PRF-19500 Qualification: We specialize in screening and qualifying semiconductor devices to meet JANTX through JANS classes, using a dedicated high-reliability assembly area.
