Opto Diode’s near infrared (NIR) high power LEDs are engineered for demanding applications requiring precise, high-output infrared illumination. Emitting in the 700 nm to 1300 nm range, these devices offer exceptional radiometric performance, spectral stability, and long operational life.
Our high-power NIR LEDs deliver up to 250 mW (DC) from a single chip and up to 1000 mW (DC) from multi-chip arrays, making them ideal for night vision, surveillance, industrial sensing, and other mission-critical systems. Standard and custom configurations are available to meet your exact wavelength, output, and packaging requirements.
