Silicon Detectors
Opto Diode manufactures high quality standard and custom photodiodes. Our wide range of standard device feature low dark current and low capacitance. The silicon detectors are ideal for general purpose applications, including Photolithography, Metrology, Electron Detection, Laser monitoring, Position Sensing, Blood and Bacterial Analysis, Missile Guidance and Satellite Remote Sensing Applications or Remove Detecting Sun and Rain applications.. The devices operate from the deep UV to the near-infrared wavelengths.
PbSe and PbS Detectors
Opto Diode manufacture stable, high performance (High SNR) infrared detectors from 1µm to 5µm, ideal for environmental monitoring (flame and fire monitoring, and Gas analysis) and Food and agricultural monitoring (Moisture analysis). Our multichannel (MCDs) devices are ideal for simultaneous detection of multiple gases including CO2, CO, and other hydrocarbons.
APD
Opto Diode’s Avalanche Photodiode Series delivers high-gain, low-noise detection across a wide spectral range from 400 nm to 1700 nm. Designed for fast response and exceptional sensitivity, these hermetically sealed APDs are ideal for demanding applications including LiDAR, laser rangefinding, spectroscopy, optical communication, and scientific instrumentation. Models are available in both InGaAs and Silicon variants to support visible, NIR, and SWIR detection requirements.
