Avalanche Photodiode (APD) Series Opto Diode’s Avalanche Photodiode Series delivers high-gain, low-noise detection across a wide spectral range from 400 nm to 1700 nm. Designed for fast response and exceptional sensitivity, these hermetically sealed APDs are ideal for demanding applications including LiDAR, laser rangefinding, spectroscopy, optical communication, and scientific instrumentation.
