AXUV Absolute Silicon Photodiodes

AXUV absolute silicon photodiodes respond across 0.0124–190 nm, from hard and soft X-rays through the extreme ultraviolet, and are specified for electron detection, synchrotron radiation monitoring and electron reticle inspection.
